Wellness Programs

We have the ability to provide employers with a 12 -16 week Wellness Program. This includes education on Nutrition and Exercise as well as Weight Loss Challenges and Wellness Screening that includes BMI, Body Fat and Muscle Percentage, Metabolic Age and Visceral Fat Assessments.

Let us know if you believe that your employer would like us to be involved or get a Wellness Program started on site. We have the ability to be on site more than one time a day if there are different shifts and can work one-on-one with employees.

Weight Loss Challenges

Beginning May 1, we will be hosting Local Weight Loss Challenges! Come in and be a part of a movement to get our community happier and healthier …and possibly win cash prizes!

Let us know if you believe that your employer would like us to host a weight loss challenge at your work site. We have the ability to be very flexible in how it is run. We can meet employees on site or invite you to our club during a designated time. It is great fun to get healthy as a group!

Cash prizes are paid out for first, second, third places in seven categories. One Grand Champion will be named as well.

FundRaiser for Herbalife Family Foundation

Herbalife Family Foundation provides education and nourishing meals for over 100,000 children in over 50 countries including the United States.

Three of the Nutrition clubs in Asheville are joining forces to make a united donation at the end of April 2016. Throughout the month people can come in and make a donation, we will raffle off several prizes thanks to donations from the community businesses, and will have “HFF Week” April 18th – April 23rd where each of the clubs will donate a portion of club revenues.
